1. Returns Policy
We want to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchases. We accept returns on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item ).

You can return items within 30 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service, we are always here to serve you. All you need is to contact us, and describe the problem or the return reason along with your order number in your emails.

The product you want to send back should be in the same condition as when it was sent out; it should not be worn out or washed and the label should be attached.

We are responsible or partially responsible for all the following defective items within 30 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious color difference, and major difference between the photographed product and the product that you have received.
We do not accept any complaints or indemnities due to the wrong size for personal reasons.

Note: You are guaranteed to obtain a refund once we receive your returned items.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges; you can return your item to us and reorder the items you want.

2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. After we verify that the returned item we received doesn't affect secondary sales , we will refund the full amount to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days(Shipping costs are non-refundable). If you receive a refund,please kindly note that the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

3. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee. The timeframe of receiving the returned package will depend on your location. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service or get a shipping insurance. We will not be responsible for any lost return package and refund will not be processed.
Return To Sender (RTS) items due to the following reasons will be shipped again provided that you pay another shipping fee.
– Address not existing.
– Unclaimed.
– Person unknown at the address.
– Address vacant.
– Any other reason for which the customer is solely liable.

4. Return Process
Please do not return the product directly to the address on the package.
